Payment
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email then we’ll process payment in Pounds sterling. We accept Paypal and all major debit and credit cards.
Delivery
So it’s safe and sound en route, we’ll wrap your print in acid-free tissue inside a robust cardboard tube. We usually dispatch orders within five working days of payment. If you need yours sooner, get in touch and we’ll do our best to make this happen. And if you’d like your print delivering to a different address, we can do that too.
UK
Our delivery charge for UK orders is £4 for prints or £1.50 for enamel pins. We’ll send your print by Royal Mail Signed For and it will need a signature on receipt.
International
Prints delivery charges outside the UK are £12 for Europe, £18 for USA & Oceania and £15 for everywhere else. Your order will be sent International Signed For, and will need a signature on receipt. Enamel pins delivery charges outside the UK are £3.40 for Europe and £4.40 for everywhere else. International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which you’ll need to cover.
Returns
If you’d like to return your purchase for a refund, please return it in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate too as we can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit. Refunds will exclude delivery charges.
It’s unlikely but if your purchase arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours.
